What an artist wears can say as much about them as what they listen to. That’s the idea behind Spotify’s collaboration with Depop, which brings together six artists, their personal wardrobes, and an exclusive playlist.
This group of artists spans a range of genres and scenes. Eve is the Grammy-winning rapper and actor behind hits including “Who’s That Girl?” and “Let Me Blow Ya Mind.” Amira Elfeky’s sound draws on alternative, nu-metal, and goth rock, while Estevie brings cumbia and regional Mexican music into a contemporary pop setting. Sibling duo Frost Children make high-energy electronic music, House of Protection blend elements of hardcore with electronic and rock influences, and Lily Meola brings a folk-pop sensibility to the lineup.
That range extends to their personal style, with each artist selecting pieces that reflect their individual point of view, from leather chaps and custom band tees to a vintage pink satin nightgown:
