Bad Bunny Brings the Sounds of Puerto Rico to Tokyo for Spotify’s Billions Club Live

Bad Bunny is no stranger to Spotify’s Billions Club. In fact, he has a whopping 29 tracks that have crossed the billion-stream mark. Over the weekend, he brought Billions Club Live to Tokyo to celebrate those achievements with his first-ever performance in Asia.

Held at Tipstar Dome Chiba, the one-night-only live event brought the sounds of Puerto Rico to Tokyo, with more than 2,300 top fans in attendance.

The global hitmaker performed a set packed with fan favorites, including BAILE INoLVIDABLE” and his first salsa rendition of MIA,” featuring Los Pleneros de la Cresta and Los Sobrinos live on stage. The crowd danced and also sang along to the Japanese lyrics in “Yonaguni,” while Jowell & Randy made a surprise appearance for “Safaera.” Local DJ Nasthug bookended the night, opening and closing with high-energy sets that kept the crowd moving.
